Develops and delivers the appropriate training, communications and documentation in support of tools, procedures, metrics and data integrity. Establishes audit process to ensure compliance with practices.
The successful candidate will have experience in the identification of client needs as it relates to areas identified above, strategic visualization of the solution that considers synergies, delivering complex solutions, and in navigating complicated environments associated with working within the largest financial institutions in the world.
This position will require someone who can work independently and as part of a team that is delivering software installation, configuration, customization or data integration services to a strict project schedule. You will accurately assess levels of effort and be able to report progress or roadblocks proactively.
Conducts/ coordinates research and/or participates in special studies, models complex future short-term and long-term financial results, reconciles actual results against projections, and explains variances.
Perform recurring product management routines (meeting facilitation, status reporting, issue management, etc) with Product, Technology, Operations, etc. to understand desired outcomes and then translate those into winning digital payment products and experiences.
This position is responsible for the expert technical knowledge of and ability to effectively implement Identity and Access solutions with expertise both in single Business Unit multi-product solutions and cross Business Unit multi-product integrations within the client environment.
Create implementable three year plans that link strategy to tactics and foster growth and profitability while ensuring business plans are consistent with Lincoln Financial Groups growth, financial and business objectives.
