The position of Sr. Compensation Analyst provides subject matter expertise and compensation consulting to the organization. The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for executing on companys compensation practices and implementing process improvements.
Analyze results of variable pay programs, recommend process improvements, and contribute to design decisions and assist with the annual focal/merit process and provide input to hr business partners and line managers on their recommendations.
Assist with the development of benefit programs to meet the changing needs of the company and employees; analyze detailed data to track and develop forecasts on benefit costs and trends on a monthly basis.
In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate positions for salary based on the content of the job and various salary survey sources ensuring that all relevant factors have been addressed such as geographic differences, and age of data.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the process of the administration of all U.S. Benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts and other employee incentive benefit programs.
