A Sales Manager is responsible for representing the hotel's services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
In this role, you will be responsible for sales growth in the entire Region, working closely with current and potential customers in the industrial market, related engineering firms as well as strategic partners.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership, direction and counsel working in collaboration with the business unit to complete and maintain a comprehensive two to five year business strategy for each assigned IDN/CSA across ENG product lines.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing overall strategy which may include account planning and tactical implementation for assigned CAR-T sites to create access, partnership opportunities to advance the business and pull through marketing initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all Sales and New Business Development activities for the Eastern half of the country for their Industrial Segment, your customers and contacts will include Utilities, Oil & Gas, ISPs, Cable / MSOs, Transportation and Enterprise.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as an internal advocate for all brands, corralling technical resources when need be as well as working within the clients framework for success (road map, feature adoption, etc).
In this role, you will ensure that the Sales targets are achieved for dedicated OEMs and business region as per budget, taking due account of the sales policy of Continental AG and the approved cost budget
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the hiring, training and development of all direct reports; prepare and present financial and budget reports to management on status and key performance indicators.
