Creates and maintains project management plans and project schedules; schedules tasks, identifies dependencies, establishes deadlines and creates milestones for all stakeholders and resources. Revises plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Experience in the full range of project/ program management activities with emphasis in project planning, risk assessment, resource management, estimating and monitoring costs, quality management and project contract management.
The Landscape Architect PM will see the project through from Scoping to final implementation and assist the construction administration team as required in construction administration for their own and potentially others projects.
Serves as the senior on-site company representative responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements. Supervises Project Managers activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set-up and updates, and schedule to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing project timelines, resources, quality and risk; including, milestone planning and reporting, project budget tracking, budget analysis, project staffing, status reporting, change requests, and other basic project administration activities.
Represent Graycor as the clients primary contact. Openly and confidently communicate with all other parties involved with the project, establishing trust and rapport with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Assume responsibility for highly specialized technical objectives or problems where the relationships between cause and effect are difficult to establish and little or no precedence exists, and the use of creative imaginative thinking is required.
