The Program Director of the STE program provides strategic program governance and oversight to the full program of STE work and serves as key resource within the EPMO governance team which reports directly to the C-Level.
In this role, you will interact regularly with client(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are established and achieved. Develops and implements action plans to correct variances. Anticipates and responds to the client's needs and concerns.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate and provide suggestions and guidance in Interdisciplinary Team meetings, as needed or upon request, to assist with formulation of the consumers Personal Support/Behavioral Plans.
The Program Director will lead the conversion process from AOA to ACGME accreditation for the Family Medicine Residency Program. A minimum of 1200 hours per year must be dedicated to residency training activities to include teaching, preceptoring, administration, and scholarly activities.
