This role is a member of the team that leads any cyclical activity for the Compensation Operations group, and takes daily workload from Tier 1 escalation, the HR case management tool (Remedy), any departmental group mailbox, and specific requests from the HRBL and RBL population.
The Product Specialist will be responsible for applying an understanding of LOB products, sales and services methodology, on boarding processes, prospecting techniques and customer base with the purpose of increasing knowledge and usage.

Organize and interpret large amounts of data and provide numerical analysis on a daily basis; deliver timely analysis, reports, and communications within defined framework to meet monthly production deadlines.
Analyze complex traffic data to propose/develop solutions and tactical plans to optimize freeway operations in Traffic Management Center (TMC) and Transportation Operations Centers (TOC) managed by GFMS staff.
Work with the content team to develop and deliver product briefing documents that provide overviews of features, functionality, and how they translate into benefits for DSIs clients and target audience.
Working with the Technology, Automation, and Quality functions to determine the breadth and scope of investigations to identify the appropriate root cause, implement corrective actions, complete trending analysis, and determine product disposition.
Track record addressing compliance and profitably issues for specific product programs. Created and disseminated new or updated commercial general liability forms and endorsements.Implementation processes for both current product enhancements and new products.
