Leads all sales and account/planning, forecasting, reporting, management efforts for assigned accounts within territory, understands, assesses and anticipates customers objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor Customer Experience - Partnering as a liaison between MLOs, Branch Leadership and Fulfillment to provide tangible improvements to customer experience and COT performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversight of sample testing, process validation and equipment selection would follow (with the help of a process engineer, if required). Issuing sales proposals, conducting sales negotiations and monitoring contract execution complete the list of responsibilities.
In this role, you will work closely with strategic account managers, government account managers, national account managers and local sales representatives, to provide their larger customers Tools & Industrial Solutions custom solutions, services and knowledge expertise.
In this role, you will analyze, improve, and develop product coverages, packages, and other new products for small and medium sized business general liability lines such as: restaurant, roofers and contractors.
