In this role, you will assist in the coordination of the physical needs assessment with assistance of Construction Services Department prior to expiration of the Operating Deficit Guarantee (ODG) period for each development.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Senior Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Managers to assist with the credit risk management components and credit underwriting aspects of the loan portfolio.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support to relationship managers, with portfolios that have very complex degrees of difficulty; prepare documentation required for the processing of loans, reviews status of existing loans, takes appropriate action on loans that are mature orpastdue, and assists relationship managers in loan closings.
In this role, you will be responsible for
the managing a team of 9-11 Small Commercial Underwriters handling the Southeast or West & Pacific regions. Must be a strong leader/manager/coach and mentor. Utilize experience and expertise to handle underwriting referrals from the team as well as successfully coach underwriters on communication strategies for effectively working with agents. Partners with both the field and our agency partners to ensure all parties meet stated goals and expectations.
In this role, you will oversee spreading of financial statements and tax returns; conducts comprehensive analyses to determine the degree of risk involved and profitability of extending credit or lending money, such as cash flow, trend and industry analysis.
