In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and facilitating the implementation of regulatory payroll tax payment and reporting changes for all federal, state, and local agencies. Works closely with software development business analysts and developers to submit change requests and ensure implemented changes meet agency requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing procedures for and supervising the preparation, documentation, and disbursement of all payroll checks, and payroll taxes. The selected candidate will provide daily oversight to payroll team members with appropriate goal setting, feedback and development planning.
In this role, you will partner with HR leadership, HR Shared Services Managers, Payroll teams, and others to facilitate and influence pay practice and system harmonization. The selected candidate will also manage a team that accomplishes goals and objectives on-time with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
