In this role, you will verify that any quote you provide complies with the customers original request. Educate customers about our online tools, product features and benefits, in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
The Inside Sales Representative will make calls, set appointments, act as selling agent within assigned territory to meet all sales objectives for promoted products, and uphold standards and expectations of the Company.
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Strategic/National Account team and bridge Division Product Managers to support the US and Canada branch network to identify leads on large projects, in addition to providing overall support.
In this role, the selected candidate will route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team member for further development and closure; research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
