The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting all HR systems with a primary focus on system configuration, data entry and auditing of data in the Human Capital Management System (Workday). Under general supervision, performs daily operations and provides accurate management reporting and analysis of all data, including but not limited to Employee Headcount, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. Works closely with internal and external customers to facilitate and manage system and reporting needs.
Provide assistance to the USASOC Project Management team in the prioritization of projects; ensure that projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment; direct IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy.
Proactively monitor and administer network systems connected to Companys computing environment. The technologies include, but are not limited to routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, load balancers, voice, and video systems.
The IT Business Analyst will work with IT and the Business to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives; responsible for combining business and technology skills with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Develops security processes and procedures, and supports service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that security controls are managed and maintained; supports the development and management of next generation firewalls.
Development of technical specifications, building of adapters, mapping, configuration, debugging, testing and documenting all integration programs to support the successful handoff to an application development support organization upon project completion.
Understand current as well as emerging security threats and design security architecture to mitigate threats where possible; stay abreast of new security technologies and integrate into security architecture design when appropriate.
Implement Risk Management Framework (RMF), through the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, JSIG, ICD etc.), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities.
