Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
In this role, you will act as the initial point of contact for all employee relations issues or concerns and hotline complaints, to collect information and document conversations for formal investigative process and successful resolution
Proactively prepares key business data analysis and makes recommendations to effectively communicate HR products, services and programs (i.e. talent and performance management, benefits, compensation practices, orientation, and manager assimilation).
Provide guidance and counseling to DGS leadership in the areas of career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
