Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
Complete initial phone screening to make sure candidates are a good fit and keep them informed of next steps in application process; provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with internal clients to assist them with all staffing needs (sourcing strategy, developing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, candidate closing and negotiations, etc).
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Responsible for the recruitment and placement of salaried personnel as defined by the staffing process. This includes building strong relationships with HR and internal hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, collaborating with the sourcing/administrative team, screening and referring qualified candidates and ensuring full compliance with the staffing process.
