Ensure all legal, treasury, and tax documentation is properly maintained and secured, and that all statutory and fiscal reporting requirements are satisfied, which includes any governmental requirements for permits and licenses.
Maintains oversight of the demand portfolio for Finance and escalates as required within the business or IS to drive action. Must understand the priorities, strategy and IS's part to play is delivering success.
The Finance Director, Procure to Pay (P2P) will be responsible for setting and executing the P2P strategy regionally, including the process transformation roadmap, project portfolio, change management, and special projects.
Lead and support specific Tier 1 projects identified as high priority by the Executive Committee. Projects can be strategic or operational in nature, focused on specific outcomes such as optimization plans, new capabilities and evaluation of long term direction.
