Coordinate and influence superior customer service delivery by developing and maintaining strong intercompany relationships. Direct strategic, customer specific initiatives, which deliver "value added" services through the execution of client specific business plans.
Participate in development and management of project plans related to application development initiatives (project planning and design through testing, implementation and maintenance); provide client support and consultation for IT issues. Should be focused on improving business operations.
Plan & support local marketing activities based on agreed budget & timeline, integrating sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg.,product/service launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and tradeshows.
Provide technical support and assistance to USPS as well as other Federal Government Customers. Work with Internal and External Support Teams as well as with the Account and Program Management teams to facilitate fault isolation and repair efforts to meet established baseline objectives.
