This role will specifically include evaluation of portfolio processes and change management activities across the Bank while offering guidance on where and how improvements can be made, including recommendations on key controls, performance metrics, and governance needs for monitoring the change management capability.
Review existing tool sets and assist in proposing a framework for a world-class QA team that focuses primarily on developing automated testing tools; liaison with all IT delivery teams and management to set overall expectations concerning QA timelines, cost and required resources.
Overall responsibility for the Quality Assurance function in the plant. Maintains scheduling of quality team in order to support a high performance work environment at plant and other functional areas of corporation.
This role requires broad marketing expertise, ability to work well as a part of a team in a complex organization, a curious mind and the ability to manage a wide array of projects from start to finish on multiple time horizons.
As a Customer Assurance Manager, the selected candidate will deliver post-sales technical support and training of HVAC products to customers and dealers of existing products or supplemental sales. In addition, this person will provide technical training on products as needed and handle high call volume of customer calls in a call center environment. Some overnight travel in assigned territory will be required.
