This position is accountable for formulating, developing, implementing and effectively managing strategic worldwide marketing plans, programs and objectives to provide for sustained and profitable growth of all assigned product lines in all markets consistent with strategic objectives.
Ideal candidate will follow and coach/enforce in his/her team all departmental and industry best practices including - continuous integration, code quality (zero escaped defect ideal), efficiency (throughput and elimination/minimization of waste), test automation, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will
manage all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the bank's and unit's risk appetite and risk management framework.
The successful candidate will actively collaborate with clinical studies team members, product development teams, and senior management regarding the design of clinical studies and data interpretation.
In this role, you will define and drive the product definition, requirements and make / buy / partner strategy for metering solutions and become the subject matter expert for their segments of companys product portfolio.
In this role, you will track and manage service and operational performance metrics through monitoring of daily activities and reports; if necessary, develop, communicate and execute action plans to close gaps between goals and results.
This position will be responsible for serving as a technical expert for help desk staff at all levels and for resource oversight activities including maintaining adequate coverage schedule, monitoring key help desk metrics in accordance with nc fast service level agreements (slas), as well as developing and maintaining all logistical facets of the help desk operation to ensure that calls are triaged, sorted, researched and escalated as necessary to reach a resolution in a timely manner.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of new accounts and the growth of existing accounts through solid customer relationships, communication of technical product and disease state information, and effective territory management skills.
