The Registered Nurse is responsible to provide care in accordance with the American Nurses Association Standards of Practice and other standards established by profession/professional groups, regulating bodies/agents. Nursing care will be delivered in accordance with the Standards of Care and Practice.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts; coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
The software/Controls (Cloud based system) will integrate with the equipment and POS to capture payments, customer data, energy efficiencies of equipment and be able to extrapolate information and analyze information for planning, growth and increased sales for its customers in this arena.
The registered nurse will collaborate with the Unit Leadership and other disciplines within the care team and coordiate patient assessment, develop / monitor outcomes, implement plan of care and evaluate outcomes and monitor variances to ensure quality patient care.
Develop and maintain the weekly demand and POS forecast ensuring alignment with sales and merchandising; monitor the accuracy of all forecasts and take timely action that results in reasonable corrections to forecasts that are not tracking.
