The Manager provides professional leadership for a Team Leader and a small team of Commercial Support Bankers located in two states. These Support Bankers are charged with providing high quality support for Wholesale Banking employees looking for information on all Commercial Policies, Procedures, Systems and Products (Including all Treasury Management Products).
Understand the competitive landscape, collect VOC (voice of customer) and complete specific research projects in support of product planning process, the development of unique value propositions and competitive pricing strategies.
The business office team is responsible for the following critical areas: processing paperwork for vehicle sales and purchases, warranty contracts, DMV and Title Management, accounts payable, cash office administration and delivering exceptional customer service. Business Office Managers interact daily with Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams.

Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Create a high energy, high performance and solution driven team culture including, overall vision, direct report objectives and responsibilities, training program, metrics development, performance evaluation, incentive plans, communication strategy, meeting pulse and accountability as aligned with all company and channel objectives.
Leads and coordinates the activities of production/cooler supervisors, dispatchers/expediters, and other plant employees engaged in the production or load out of dairy products to ensure safety, quality, and customer standards are met. Responsible for overall plant operations in Plant Manager's absence.
Lead commercial input and deliverables related to new product development and lifecycle management including the target product profile, pricing recommendations, development of key claims, marketing strategy and analysis of project commercial value.
