The regional sales manager will play a key leadership role in the development of our market strategy, growth plans and performance improvement and will be located in Grafton, Wisconsin reporting to the Director of Sales.
In this key role you will execute strategic and key account management in accordance with the Strategic Plan. He or she identify new opportunities, determine application requirements, provide technical support, and assist the distribution through all phases of the program.
The territory manager, surgical innovation team reports to the area sales director, surgical innovation team and is responsible for the achievement of the annual sales forecast and other related targets in their geographic territory.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and present an annual Regional Marketing Plan including; Regional shows, Dealer/Distributor open houses, voids in Dealer/Distributor coverage, and action plans to improve sales.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform required administrative activities including, but not limited to quote and proposal generation, update opportunity and account information in SalesForce.com weekly, submit expense reports weekly, develop and maintain account plans.
Region Sales Manager is responsible for improving partner consumption; planning and implementing partner and customer presentations, overseeing account profiles, monitoring competitor activity, facilitating communications with resellers, creating plans for growing market share and communicating channel activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will be assisting with the planning and organization of regional and national customer relations events, participating in tradeshows, seminars and workshops and conducting technical seminars in the field.
This person must have the presence and the skills to work with all levels at the customer organization from Executive presentations to participating in product demonstrations and working with our Field Service Engineers on installations.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide agency oversight to the development of business plans and execution, and analyze agency profit and loss information to identify problems and areas for improvement and growth.
