This position will direct due diligence processes, establish project timing and scope of works, as well as provide estimates of expected project costs based on preliminary due diligence for proforma development and analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate will effectively tracking progress, anticipating issues, gaps, and opportunities ensuring that the program remains on time, on budget and within scope mitigating any overruns and identified benefits are realized.
In this role, the selected candidate prepares and maintains management control (financial/business planning and scheduling) systems for moderately complex contracts, programs, projects, and/or tasks to determine and maintain the most cost effective method of accomplishing work, identify and mitigate risks, etc. Contracts may range in value from $10 million to $1 billion.

In this role, the selected candidate assists in preparation of a Manufacturing/Construction Plan that complies with the cost proposal and contract specifications, assesses the financial impact of project status to budget, and develops management control requirements for designated contracts, programs, projects and/or tasks.
