Technical Services provides technical support to our internal/external customers, sales force, distributors and end users. The Technical Product Support Specialist provides efficient, effective and cordial technical support. The Technical Services Specialist reports to the Technical Services Engineered Systems Manager.
Provides support in the development and maintenance of assigned states or region by assessing product performance and developing reporting and analysis. Provides research and analysis to Product leaders who then make recommendations to improve product features, pricing, marketing, sales, service, processes and procedures.
