In this role, you will serves as the centralized resource and technical expert to enable the optimization and consistent implementation of the Parts, Accessories & Customization (PAC) product development methodology across the entire business unit. Has ownership and oversight for PAC product development.

This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products.
In this role, you will monitor call queues, call volume, and other metrics. Analyze results and analyzes trends. Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
