The Sales & Operations Planning Analyst is responsible for developing the necessary inventory plans and supply requests to meet availability goals of General Merchandise (GM) for a defined geography over the operational timeline associated with that product line (next 12-24 months).
Primarily responsible for providing top-level technical support, including problem resolution, technical change implementation, telephone and one-on-one technical support within defined service level agreements for clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct market and competitor analysis and provide support to strategy development and decision making; contribute and manages small to medium projects within the assigned area.
Perform ongoing monitoring of Product Operations business unit processes to determine whether services are delivered according to specified requirements. Review a representative sample of in-process or completed transactions to identify errors or defects according to established policies and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze numerical data and all other sources of information to break them into component parts, patterns and relationships; probes for further information or greater understanding of a problem; makes rational judgments from the available information and analysis; demonstrates an understanding of how one issue may be a part of a much larger system.
