The Six Sigma Black Belt Process Engineer leads teams to upgrade processes and products that may range from incremental improvements to major technology changes. In this position, the main target is to increase the safety and productivity of our manufacturing assets, optimize costs of the plant through process and technology improvements.
The controls engineer will be responsible for consulting, gathering design information, meeting with customers, performing installation and start-up services, performing certain maintenance services and participating in sales and marketing calls.
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing and troubleshooting processes and equipment. The right candidate must also have high level of knowledge of chemical or polymer mixing process, testing, and scale up experience.
Provide insight and individual contribution in obtaining and maintaining compliance with ICH Q7 guidance for active pharmaceutical ingredients. Troubleshoot method and process issues in assurance of successful validation. Recommend technical design/changes to improve efficiency, quality or performance in support of validation.

The Electrical Controls Engineer (Level I or II) Madison, WI area manufacturing facility will develop and integrate electrical control systems for machines and manufacturing processes, as well as large scale communication network architecture design.
The Software Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for creating, implementing and automating testing in support of software test requirements. The SQA Engineer develops and expands test suites and test cases, and maintains the automation infrastructure. In addition, the SQA Engineer will execute and report on planned tests, report and manage defects, regress software fixes for new and existing products, assist development with replicating and debugging problems and develop new test automation solutions as needed.
