Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities and associated costs of formulations, packaging, transportation and distribution network, inventory control, and warehousing processes while maintaining a focus on cost reduction.
The Project Manager, Operations will oversee the management and tracking of Operations projects including cross-functional projects ensuring business objectives are met and accomplished on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
The role of the GM will be to provide effective leadership and promote good working relationships across functions with responsibility for overall site safety, quality, delivery and financial performance.
Coordinate the development and implementation of high-level security policies, practices, standards, and programs; including an enterprise-wide IT security education and awareness program with a focus on client data protection.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct routine dealership visits to review operations and to meet with vehicle sales staff, management and Dealer Principal to assess all aspects of sales operations.
Supports Risk Management in investigating and monitoring accidents to identify cause and take corrective actions. Works with Human Resources group to develop division training and incentive programs to improve transportation and safety.
