In this role, you will develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing production problems through identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes. Emphasis is Lean Manufacturing practices.
In this position, you will assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, crash analysis, traffic forecasts, traffic capacity and operations analysis, traffic impact analysis reports, micro simulation models, traffic signal design, traffic signal timing, traffic signal systems, ITS, highway signing and other related traffic engineering work.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for timely completion of tasks using engineering tools such as CAD models and drawings, predictive analysis and conventional engineering calculations with documentation supporting the analysis.

The Sr. Machine Design Engineer is responsible managing multiple moderate to highly complex engineering projects with minimal direction; individuals in this position will provide technical direction and necessary project management to ensure successful and timely implementation of projects.
In this role, you will prepare design layouts, diagrams, bills of material, and drawings/schematics of components and assemblies with supporting calculations, i.e. weight, tolerancing, etc. in support of the overall vehicle design.
