In this role, you will be responsible to work directly with the Service Desk & IT Customer Service as an escalation point for production system issues, & assists in resolving or further escalating other related issues.
The Reference Data QC Analyst will operate within the Quality Control organization as an analyst to verify, oversee, quantify and validate all content aspects of global categories including data, process and metrics.
Perform ongoing monitoring of Product Operations business unit processes to determine whether services are delivered according to specified requirements. Review a representative sample of in-process or completed transactions to identify errors or defects according to established policies and procedures.
This position is responsible for gathering business requirements and creation of statement of requirements, functional specifications and technical specifications, as well as coding and testing of BI solutions.
In this role, you will create and work with team in developing an overall testing strategy, including phases of testing to be conducted, roles and responsibilities, test data, environments and user acceptance testing.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify opportunities and executes plans to improve workflow and understands, quantifies business impacts of those improvements for communication to management.
Facilitates business requirements explanation and analysis as well as documenting outcomes. Models business processes and extracts business rules from those processes. Identifies, specifies and documents functional test cases.
