Maintains global view of ITL roadmap. Participates in forecasting and long-term planning, implements long-term plans, uses non-traditional/creative approaches to problem-solving, recommends new or revised standards, policies, etc. in areas of responsibilities. Ensures all assigned projects follow the appropriate project and portfolio management processes.
Supervise employees in the IT Department.Schedule and assign work; oversee employee productivity and quality; maintain time and attendance records; administer company rules, regulations and policies governing employment; conduct performance reviews with appropriate documentation throughout the year; address disciplinary issues.Discuss disciplinary actions with HR and provide documentation to HR for personnel files.
Coordinate the development and implementation of high-level security policies, practices, standards, and programs; including an enterprise-wide IT security education and awareness program with a focus on client data protection.
