In this role, the selected candidate will execute the planning, coordination, facilitation and oversight of labor management, employment, compensation and benefits for multiple union and non-union manufacturing facilities.
The primary focus will be to guide and manage the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counseling, and labor relations along with EHS related audits, investigations, training, and reporting.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide training, direction, and assistance to HR representative, supervisors, and managers in the areas of work performance and development, resolution of employee concerns/complaints, investigations, and promotion of a positive employee environment in accordance with company philosophy and values, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
The Human Resource Manager will manage the facility labor relations including functioning as a member of the negotiating team, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of labor contract provisions to safeguard the companys ability to effectively run its operations, participation in grievance resolution, discipline recommendations, and other related activities as required. Lead the contract negotiations for the respective plant.
The Corporate HR Manager will be responsible for providing strong HR leadership to functional corporate client groups. Driving enterprise HR initiatives including; performance management/goal setting; talent management strategies; change management and partnering with COEs to ensure efficiencies of global corporate processes and procedures are adhered to.
