In this role, the selected candidate will manage the financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives; including, management of the profit and loss statement at the property level, deposits, accounting and more.
Responsible for conducting interviews and hiring of staff, handling personnel issues within the department, coaching, performance reviews/disciplines. Screening the right people during the interview process to ensure quality customer service. Addressing and altering scheduling for the departments, attendance tracking and following progressive discipline.
The role of the GM will be to provide effective leadership and promote good working relationships across functions with responsibility for overall site safety, quality, delivery and financial performance.
