This role is responsible to improve manufacturing operations by implementing new or upgraded processes that increase output, enhance product quality and ultimately reduce manufacturing costs while simultaneously maintaining or improving operator safety.
Work on complex, major or highly visible tasks and projects as a project team member, sometimes as a project lead. They will also work on projects that may span a broad range of applications and support multiple applications. Will have expertise in multiple technical environments and possesses business knowledge that spans one or more business areas.
Provide training to Maintenance team on new equipment purchases and provide supervision for equipment installations; cost Saving Solutions on products regarding production, process, and manufacturing enhancements that benefit the end consumer.
This electrical engineering role is truly a hybrid role. Day to day duties will be split between completing design projects for commercial, industrial, and critical power electrical systems and helping to develop a team of technical professionals (engineers, designers, and drafters).
Provide database administration and system support for existing production database environments and help lead efforts to guide the team to the best practices of data usage, high availability, and business continuity.

Customization occurs through a combination of custom programming and product configuration.
