The marketing operations data analyst is responsible for defining, maintaining and reporting on marketing account and contact data records, along with quality assurance. This role is tactically focused on assuring the uniformity and quality of data records used within the Marketing Automation Platform ( MAP) and sales force automation (SFA) system.
The candidate will be a strong technical leader working on BI Report development and Data Integration projects, gathering & documenting requirements, performing analysis, designing solutions to meet business objectives, developing specifications, developing universes and reports using SAP Business Objects, developing ETL mappings using Informatica PowerCenter, testing, and implementing solutions.
Responsible for leading and facilitating the communication with IT staff, business customers and other stakeholders, implementation services, and support services to assist in the development, implementation and support of business intelligence.
