The Senior Compliance Professional serves as a compliance liaison with finance, operations and information technology for North America, focused on facilitating key compliance activities related to Sarbanes-Oxley for the financial/operations and information systems environments.
In this role, you will develop and lead the U.S. strategy for complying with regulatory and contracts requirements unique to sales to the U.S. government including coordination of compliance activities across multiple functions.
In this role, you will manage the compliance team in its efforts to meet all program directives and deadlines. Direct the efforts of additional staff that may be hired to support enterprise risk and compliance programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and assist with enhancing, facilitating and validating the companys comprehensive Information Systems, Technology and, Regulatory Compliance Management processes applicable across the organization in order to fully satisfy legal, regulatory, contractual and applicable industry standards requirements and ensuring that these programs conform to company corporate governance standards.
