The B2B Marketing/Client Strategy Manager is responsible for working alongside the Client Strategy Director and Local Sales Leadership teams to support revenue growth goals for assigned local market or region through client strategy, business development and B2B marketing activities.
In this role, the selected candidate coordinates with clients, relationship managers, and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate participates in client loyalty process by informing assigned clients of process, encouraging clients to respond to survey information in a timely manner, participating in follow-up discussions and developing action plans to address any negative comments.
In this role, you will monitor call queues, call volume, and other metrics. Analyze results and analyzes trends. Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
The selected candidate will develops a mutually beneficial working relationship with various clients by consulting on the operational design and implementation of the business strategy while promoting the objectives of improving health care outcomes and increasing patient quality and value.

managing, mentoring, coaching and developing the account team staff and creating positive relationships with internal clients and departments. This position is critical to serve both our clients and candidates.
