In this role, the selected candidate will improve customer satisfaction and company profitability by responding quickly to issues, providing frequent and informed updates and resolving issues in a timely manner.
The selected candidate must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Must be able to determine business requirements and logically layout solution before start of software development.
Maintain uptime data, root causes for application outages. Application has a large customer base of 1500 users and 90,000 connected devices; monitor runtime application metrics and perfrom proactive maintenance as needed.
This is an intermediate programmer/analyst position whereby the incumbent will receive general supervision and work direction from Information Technology management and advanced or expert program, analyst and design professional staff.
