Work with moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment performing a variety of complex tasks; work with other IT technical teams and Business users to understand requirements, and recommend & implement solutions.
Work with the DCHU and Support teams to ensure the compliance of the complaint handling program to ensure complaints are identified, processed, and investigated per internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Assist with various aspects of transactions involving low-income and historic tax credits including preparing the relevant application materials and structuring the credits to ensure the value is maximized.
The candidate will be a strong technical leader working on BI Report development and Data Integration projects, gathering & documenting requirements, performing analysis, designing solutions to meet business objectives, developing specifications, developing universes and reports using SAP Business Objects, developing ETL mappings using Informatica PowerCenter, testing, and implementing solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with client business unites to determine modeling and analytic metric needs and desired results; build, test and calibrate models and analytic processes, create documentation for all analytic and modeling activities.
