In this role you will works closely with sales leadership, product managers, and product marketing managers, to determine priorities and topics of training content needed for the global sales team as well as other customer-facing staff, distributors, and re-sellers.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide on-site, front end systems support, resolving as many employee issues as possible, troubleshooting technical and application issues for remote support staff and advising the client on workflow issues.
In this role, you will use existing content to create compelling, interactive blended eLearning modules that engage learners with rich media (video and audio), application simulations, branching scenarios, quizzes, and other assessment activities.
The Corporate Trainer will provide training and skill development to all levels of employees. The goal is to help others reach their potential through engaging activities that challenge thinking and expose new approaches for increased job performance.
