In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in basic research based administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to creation of presentations, document drafting such as official reports, datasets and applications to stakeholders and entities.
General job duties may include the development of procedures, guidelines, job aids, training materials, and project documentation. Work directly with subject matter experts, end users, and other staff members to understand the direction of the documentation.
Prepare customer facing product documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences like IT, marketing and ad operations teams. Documentation includes step by step instructions, common use cases, feature benefits and best practices. This includes writing the content as well as managing the layout of the pages.
