In this role, the selected candidate will develop tools and processes designed to support demand, capacity, and supply planning, inventory modeling, service and revenue forecasting; implement robust set of KPIs designed to drive the process across NARP organization, including forecast accuracy relative to sales vs. plan, capacity utilization, and other indicators to support alignment across the broader organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage a team, interact with cross functional partners, and service providers to deliver successful results in both service levels while maintain cost controls.
The incumbent will work with CI and Procurement leadership to ensure Projects/goals are appropriately prioritized and Lean Six Sigma tools and approach are accepted and ingrained into Group strategy planning to achieve Group goals. This position will work with site employees towards a mutual understanding and acceptance of the process.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, document, and execute a comprehensive sales and operations planning process, incorporating customer demand and point of sale data, which delivers the consensus forecast, production/purchasing plans, and cash/EBITDA targets.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with your team, cross functional partners and service providers to deliver breakthrough results in both service levels and cost; this includes driving continuous improvement initiatives, P4G targets and financial controls.
In this role, the selected candidate will be conducting an overall network study to drive operational efficiencies, standardizing best practices for freight policies, and implementation/roll-out of a new parts ordering system.
