As a Sr Business Analyst, you'll work closely with operations personnel and other business groups to assess, prioritize, plan, and implement continuous improvements on ERP System functionality across multiple ERP platforms throughout the world.
This position owns the consolidation application from business requirements, to design, development, testing and implementation as well as user support. The analyst will work closely with our team of offshore resources, vendors and Amway IT resources supporting our users, processes and environment.

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for functioning as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and document requirements for an enterprise wide, cross-functional strategic initiative inclusive of front-end Marketing applications, back-end technology systems, and Enterprise Data/Information management systems.
In this role, you will work with global HR leaders and other business function partners to identify, evaluate and recommend solutions for modification/improvements to Global HR processes within HR Technology systems. Identify gaps/deficiencies in current processes, systems or interfaces and provide full analysis, recommendations, and leadership to implement changes and/or improvements.
The Senior IT Systems Analyst works closely with the business to bring increased value through process and system knowledge, and leveraging that knowledge to help solve organizational problems where a system solution is required.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a primary consultant resource and contributor to one or more Workday business process teams. collaborate with process team partners (e.g. Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HR) and broader Workday and TIS teams at the System Office and at the RHMs to execute Workday business strategy.
