Under broad supervision, serves as a consultant to all levels of management within the organization regarding complex system - wide benefits policies, programs, and issues requiring global analytical perspective; represents the benefits director on key organizational initiatives.
Works within a prescribed process using tools to analyze data, generate standard routing or load plans, and provide reports and metrics on a regular basis to ensure solution effectiveness. These tools are commercially available or developed by the Penske Engineering or IT departments and are utilized to execute a solution.
Participate with project team to execute the scope of the project and provides project status reports on testing as required. Leads software testing projects, and assists in the training of less experienced team members. Analyzes and diagnoses issue severity, and leads in problem resolution. Provides appropriate documentation to support the repeatable test suites. Participates in the software development lifecycle.
Analyze and document client's business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates from organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Regional Business Unit Leaders (Wiper Systems, Actuators, Thermal Systems) and other functional leaders across locations (US & MX) to support financial and growth expectations.
This position will interact with all levels of the organization and is expected to build effective relationships with internal departments, product groups & functions in an environment of continuous improvement and process standardization.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing).
