In this position, you will manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and track the metrics to assess the effectiveness of the company sales incentive compensation programs. Provide in depth analysis on base and variable compensation. Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform analysis and trending of key performance indicators to identify opportunities for performance improvement and to assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
In this role, you will provide support by taking primary responsibility for completion and publishing of all business unit specific market intelligence deliverables ( marketing fact book, competitive price guide as examples).
