In this role, the successful candidate will manage large amounts of data; merge data sources; ensure consistency of datasets; must be able to handle datasets of multiple types - textual, categorical and numerical.
In this position, you will evaluate data landscapes (silos), recommends data domain frameworks (lakes), applies advanced programming techniques to perform in depth discovery, i.e., Hadoop, data transformation tools, curation, matching, data connectors, consumption services, etc.
As a Data Scientist youll be responsible for creating and designing new reports independently based on anticipated future needs. Experience in predictive analysis and modeling is required. Will utilize advanced statistical, mathematical and predictive modeling as well as business strategy skills to build algorithms.
The Associate Scientist Product Development, Energy Curable Technology will be part of the N-EDN/T Product Development team and will be based in Southfield, MI and support the overall success of the Dispersions & Resins business in North America.
