The role of the District Sales Manager is to identify farmer/producer customers that align with Channels future vision of agriculture. Then help position our seed products to optimize yield and value to these growers. While developing a growing territory, you will also help to identify, support and manage your team of Seedsman.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage direct selling activities to assigned accounts, which includes developing and maintaining the relationship, and servicing the account either personally or through an assigned point of sale.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to evaluate and identify opportunities integrating system components required for Manufacturing Automation Solutions into Industrial Machinery.
