The Strategic National Account Managers main responsibility of this role is to align with assigned Market, facilities and sales people, and work together in targeting and achieving North American sales goals, as well as local and regional sales goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the financial & performance metrics for the overall Gladiator business. The main responsibility is to develop and implement strategic plans that will allow for substantial growth of the Gladiator brand across all channels.
In this role, you will develop and execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at Key assigned customers. Present business plans to management and Business Units for alignment and support.
The Market National Account Managers main responsibility of this role is to align with assigned Market, Branches and OSAs, and work together in targeting and achieving NA sales goals, as well as branch and regional sales goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible, with input from the management team, for generating all company forecasts for sales dollars, units, market share and margin.Also responsible for establishing sales targets for individual members of the sales team.
The BDM will work closely with the divisions, their dealers, and product/marketing managers to develop and execute business plans that include: the best assortment of product, the best merchandising, the necessary training and product support, a forecast that meets financial targets and any other set of plan activities required.
In this role, the selected candidate makes recommendation to continue or not to pursue the potential client; works with Operations to assure appropriate responses are secured to support project opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for plans and coordinates sales activities for Company products in an international market, working directly with Distributors and other filter customers in established territory.
