the operation and maintenance of the districts operations, including collection system and treatment plant as well as all financial operations. Develop, implement and maintain budgets for the districts operation.

The Site Manager is responsible for the operational and manufacturing components of the corrugated facility. The successful candidate will oversee, manage and direct activities related to the functional areas including manufacturing, maintenance, scheduling, shipping, and inventory control.
In this role, the selected candidate conducts business analysis that results in the planning and directing of employees to meet or exceed budgeted store and salon sales, expenses, profit and productivity goals in support of district/region strategy.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategy to drive sales and build customer loyalty through store programs including but not limited to; networking, culinary classes and events, credit card, gift registry and community outreach.

In this role, you will manage and develops relationships with key customers in assigned district and determines strategy for value proposition and product penetration. Manages all aspects of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Develop marketing strategies to develop/increase sales in Special Markets and OEM/OES sales of the aftermarket (both automotive and non-automotive), in automotive OE markets, and with non-automotive engine OEM's.
In this role, the selected candidate will select, train, motivate and evaluate District employees; provide or coordinate staff training; develop goals and performance standards for employees; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline and termination procedures.
