This role is responsible for strategic sales targeting large customer accounts with multiple influencers in their assigned geographic territory. This position will be responsible for promoting the companys products, from instrumentation and reagents to fully integrated solutions and services. Working from a home office, this highly autonomous role requires strong business acumen, planning, and the ability to execute strategically.
This role will translate sales, key account management, and leadership strategies into operational reality to ensure alignment with business and customer needs; align communication, people, culture, processes, resources and systems to ensure effective implementation and delivery of required results and cross-functional integration; lead, manage, and develop others technical and commercial skills to deliver on goals.
Develop and implement tactical business development strategy, budget planning and control; monitor market conditions, competitive activities, general economic conditions and governmental, legislative and regulatory matters.
Plan and execute new solution launches within channel and delivers high impact sales presentations and product training; develops and executes sales strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility.
Lead the development of project proposals including identifying and leading the pursuit team, writing strong value driven executive summaries, ensuring that the proposal completely and accurately addresses the client needs.
