In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate current business performance and identifies gaps in critical areas which limit efficient operations. Establishes and implements improvement plans and monitors progress to ensure updates achieve desired results and are implemented in a timely manner.

This position is responsible for deploying and maintaining business improvement processes for designed areas through the implementation of recognized quality management standards, continuous improvement strategies and demonstrated best practices.
The incumbent will work with CI and Procurement leadership to ensure Projects/goals are appropriately prioritized and Lean Six Sigma tools and approach are accepted and ingrained into Group strategy planning to achieve Group goals. This position will work with site employees towards a mutual understanding and acceptance of the process.
This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
