The Regional Community Specialist / Sales Leader is responsible for coaching, training, developing and providing direction to a team of 8-10 Community Specialists in order to successfully achieve performance objectives across all Communities. This role requires strong leadership acumen in addition to effective coaching and mentoring skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required to ensure effective and timely interactions across functional areas.
In this role, you will Performs research, develops advocacy materials (e.g. talking points, position statements, briefing materials) and participates, facilitates and/or convenes interactions with appropriate subject matter experts within Priority Health in order to effectively convey our overall corporation positioning on key issues.
The Communications Specialist is responsible for assisting in the execution and enhancement of marketing, public relations, stewardship communications, and strategic content for the Institute for Educational Initiatives and the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE).
